General information about the degree

This intermediate-level vocational course trains you to look after, check and repair cars and other vehicles. It has an automobile specialisation and is taken on site at Institut Montilivi in Girona. When you finish, you will be able to find faults in mechanical and electrical systems and repair them following the manufacturers' instructions.

You will learn about engines and their auxiliary systems, suspension and steering, brakes and transmission, and the electrical circuits of the car, such as charging and starting.
