General information about the degree

This intermediate-level course teaches you how to sell, how to run a shop and how to work in retail, both in a physical store and online. You will study it at Institut Carles Vallbona in Granollers, in the morning, and a large part of the course takes place in a real company in the commercial sector. By the end you will know how to look after a customer well, set up a sales area and manage a small shop.

Over the two years you will work on sales techniques, purchasing and stock management, e-commerce and marketing applied to a shop. You will also learn computer applications for retail and English.
