This vocational programme prepares you to maintain and repair everything that keeps a home running: electricity, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. You will learn to work on real installations with professional tools from the outset.

• Basic maintenance of electrical installations in homes
• Plumbing and heating: pipes, drainage and water supply
• Installation and maintenance of air-conditioning equipment
• Cutting channels and installing conduits for utilities
• Use and selection of materials, tools and machinery
• Maintenance work and installation of fittings

After completing the programme, you could work as an assistant in electrical installation, plumbing, heating or air conditioning, with a direct route into employment at maintenance and renovation companies.
