This higher-level vocational course teaches you how to design trips and events made to measure. You will learn to plan package holidays and other complex travel services that suit each client's budget and tastes, and to organise congresses, fairs and other events. Once you finish, you will be able to work as a travel and events technician in travel agencies and event management companies.

Over the two years you will study the structure of the tourism market, tourism marketing, destinations and tourist resources, and the selling of travel services. You will also cover protocol, the management of tourism products and English, and you will do work placements in companies in the sector. With this training you could work as a travel agent, a travel adviser, an event organiser, or in a travel agency's booking department.
