General information about the degree

📚 Overview

The Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting and Auditing at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) is taught for the first time in the 2026/2027 academic year at the Faculty of Business Sciences. It trains students to understand and analyse the economic and financial reality of public and private organisations, with a solid grounding in finance, accounting and economics and advanced content in auditing, control and financial supervision. The programme comprises 240 ECTS over four years, taught on campus in Spanish, with 110 places for 2026/27.

✨ Specific Information

The optional Dual Mention devotes 48 ECTS of the final year to training that alternates with partner companies or organisations. In the fourth year students can also follow a specific curricular pathway: Banking Management and Financial Advice, Management Control and Sustainability, Accounting Expert, or Banking and Insurance Products Expert.

The curriculum meets the requirements for partial exemption for access to the ROAC (Spain's official auditors' register) and the CNMV training needed to provide information on financial products, includes the Banco de España content on real-estate credit, and allows students to seek recognition of credits from the AECA Diploma Advanced in Accounting. It is completed with external placements and a 12 ECTS Final Degree Project; a B2 level in a second language is required before the degree is awarded.
