This vocational programme prepares you to work in commerce and logistics, combining theory and practice from day one. You will learn to manage the flow of products from the moment they arrive at the warehouse until they reach the customer.

• Receiving, labelling and coding goods in the warehouse
• Carrying out inventories and managing stock with digital tools
• Merchandising and in-store promotion techniques
• Customer service and order management
• Use of office software applications for data processing

After completing the programme, you could enter the job market as a sales assistant, cashier, logistics operator, shelf stacker or information assistant in all types of commercial companies.
