This intermediate-level Vocational Training course prepares you to work in bars, cafés and restaurants. You will learn how to set up the space and equipment, receive and store food, and above all look after customers with friendliness and good service. Once you finish, you will be able to run the dining room and the bar with confidence and professionalism.

In the programme you will study basic bar-café and restaurant operations, service at special events, and wine and how to serve it. You will also cover food handling safety and hygiene, communication techniques and English.
