This course teaches you to plan and run actions that move equality between women and men forward. You will work from institutions and organisations, analysing the social reality of each community with a gender perspective and designing interventions that respond to the needs you find.

You will learn to prepare information and awareness campaigns to prevent gender violence, to lead groups and to build networks that help women take part in social life. You will also learn the protocols for cases of gender-based violence and how to support victims, advising them on their rights and the protection available. Once you finish, you can work as an equality promoter or as a technical support officer in associations, foundations, trade unions or municipal services.
